Pascal Skelin - CEO
Pascal has over 17 years investment banking experience focused in real estate, finance, investment and in the resource sector.
Pascal has expertise in raising both debt and equity for businesses, real estate projects, resources and Mergers and Acquisitions.
Pascal is a shareholder/senior advisor of CPG Capital Partners Ltd (CPG) which is an investment banking and funds management business specialising in forming partnerships with government for transactions involving government-related assets in infrastructure and real estate in Asia and predominantly China. CPG is currently establishing specialist funds to invest in logistics infrastructure and real estate assets, initially in China with secondary markets in Vietnam and India.

Pascal has been involved and instrumental in several billion dollars worth of commercial, finance, real estate and resource related transactions over the past 17 years and has worked with publicly listed companies in Australia, Singapore, Hong Kong, USA, and United Arab Emirates.
Pascal specialises in cross border corporate strategies between Australia and China, has created well-established relationships/clientele which include provincial governments, power plants, steel mills, private equity firms, fund managers, private Family Houses throughout Australia, Asia Pacific and the UAE.
Pascal has focused extensively on the mining and commodity sector developing strategic relationships with miners in Australia, Brazil, Mexico, Chile, Peru, Venezuela, Bolivia, Philippines and Indonesia concentrating on the commodities:

Benjamin Amzalak - ( Marketing and Finance ) - DIRECTOR
Benjamin has over 15 years experience and an extensive background in capital raising, investor relations and broking communications.Benjamin has been engaged in capital management and raising in excess of $250 million in new venture capital for mining and other companies.
Benjamin provides advisory services to public companies specialising in areas including IPO’s, Mergers and Acquisitions in the Resource sector. Benjamin has been focused in recent years, on advising international companies with offtake requirements for Iron Ore, Manganese and Thermal and Coking Coal as well as building relationships with miners in Australia, Indonesia, South America and Mexico. He is currently advising companies involved in iron ore, manganese, gold, molybdenum, thermal coal, coking coal, coal seam gas and bauxite.
